Module 4: Three to Five Years

Learning Objectives3-5 years of age

After completing this module, you will be able to:

  • Identify the indicators of typical social and emotional development as well as risk factors for potential social and emotional development in young children ages three to five years.

    In this module, there are two sections divided up by child age ranges of:
    • Section 1. Three to four years and
    • Section 2. Four to five years.
  • Describe practices and approaches to support social and emotional development in young children ages three to five years
